It’s a new year and it’s time to make a difference! As you know: There is nothing permanent except change. Especially games have the power to promote change. They change the way we think and the way we act. Games open up new perspectives and new possibilities to express ourselves. They are becoming more and more important in areas such as education and politics, health care or environmental protection.
Games are one of the most diverse media. And we would like to celebrate this variety together with you at our New Year’s Reception!
We are looking forward to welcoming you in the beautiful and central situated venue Haus Ungarn!

Connecting the games industry in the capital region.
games:net berlinbrandenburg is one of the initiatives of the media business network media:net berlinbrandenburg. The initiative represents, supports and connects companies of the fast-growing regional games industry by means of a variety of content related collaborations and events. By promoting the interests of the game branch and connecting the members with politics, science and industry, we ensure the best surrounding and an ideal breeding ground for business and creativity in Berlin and Brandenburg.
media:net does good and you can do too! You registered for one of our events but something intervened so you can’t make it and you forgot to write an E-Mail to cancel your attendance? That can happen! But organizing 130 events per year we are dependent on a good calcualtion and want to raise the awareness of the huge organisation and planning prior to our events. That’s why we thought about how to change the forgotten cancellations into something good and thereby cooperate with the children’s hospice Berliner Herz.

Das games:net hat sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, die Bedingungen am Standort zu verbessern und die Vielfalt aufzuzeigen und zu unterstützen. Wir sind das Sprachrohr für die Hauptstadtregion und schaffen Sichtbarkeit für unsere Mitgliedsunternehmen.
